Also known as Thai Boxing, it is a stand-up combat sport that originated from Thailand. It utilizes eight limbs of the body versus traditional kickboxing which only uses four. Not only are punches and kicks used, but elbows, knees, and "clinch" techniques are too. It's a good way to learn self-defense, increase cardio and strength, and boost self-confidence!
We focus on individual development even in our group sessions. Our classes are small and have a comfortable learning environment. We like to see our students progress and enjoy their time in our classes and with other students. We make the classes enjoyable with a tight knit group while learning the sport of Muay Thai. We also have various activities outside of class such as Christmas parties, in-house tournaments, sport activities, and summer BBQs!
Please take a look at our private session page for more details and contact us directly for any questions or bookings!
Please ensure you understand the plan policy and reach out to us if you have any questions. Generally, for the monthly memberships there is a three month minimum when purchased.
At this time what you see on the website is currently what is available, however, we are always open to suggestions!
Please ensure that the waiver form is signed and that you understand the Code of Conduct shown in the gym.
